How do I order if I live in San Antonio?
You can place your order through our SA website! You'll receive an email when your order is ready.
We are currently available through third party app DoorDash, ChowNow, GrubHub and Uber Eats or you can place an order for pickup directly through our site.
Can you offer free shipping?
We offer $10 Flat Rate Shipping over $100 and Free Shipping over $175. Shipping costs have increased throughout the years and as a small but growing company we cannot afford to offer free shipping on all orders. The giant retailers have created an illusion that shipping is low cost and inexpensive. We do pass on our discounted shipping rates for the volume we ship to our customers. We do offer promotional codes occasionally be sure to sign up for our newsletter to ensure you are one of the first to know about promotions!
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped out within 3 to 5 business days starting the following day of your order. Please remember business days do not include Saturday/Sunday. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday first business day would be Monday.You will receive your order confirmation and then a shipping notification with tracking number, we do not send any emails updating the order status in between.
Do you cater or do corporate events?

We can also provide wholesale pricing for bulk orders and customize gift cards that come in our catering bundles.
Refund / Return Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) with your concern via CustomerService@SouthernRootsVegan.com
We do not issue refunds on orders that have been shipped or refunds on gift cards.
We offer shipping protection through Route! Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen.Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection. If route shipping protection is not added at time of checkout we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or broken baked goods in transit. Please file your claim viaRoute.
