Order & Delivery Assistance

Need help tracking an order, changing delivery details or scheduling desserts for an upcoming celebration?

Email or text our customer service team, and we'll be happy to assist.

We recommend selecting a delivery date one day before your celebration or event to allow extra flexibility for unexpected shipping delays.

Damaged, Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, the name on your order, and clear photos of the shipping box and damaged products.

For lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us as soon as possible so our team can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Qualifying shipping issues may be eligible for a complimentary replacement under our Return, Refund & Shipping Protection Policy.
