Refund policy
We ship fresh, perishable food. Because of this, we do not accept returns and we do not give refunds unless there is a real shipping problem (loss, damage, or it did not arrive).
Your order is protected
Every e-commerce order is covered for loss, damage, or theft in transit.
If your package is damaged
Email CustomerService@SouthernRootsVegan.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Order number and the name on the order
• Clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged items
We will file a claim. Once approved, we will send a replacement or refund your original payment.
If your package is lost or stolen
Email CustomerService@SouthernRootsVegan.com as soon as you notice.
Share your order number and shipping address. We’ll file a claim and help with a replacement or refund when approved.
Taste or preference issues
If there is no shipping problem (not damaged, not lost, not late), we don’t give refunds. We may offer a store credit (gift card) in some cases.
Why we handle it this way
We bake fresh and ship food that can’t be resold. Thank you for understanding.
How we pack
• Naked cakes: packed in an insulated cooler with dry ice.
• Cookies & donuts: individually wrapped for freshness. They do not need ice packs and arrive ready to eat.
