Founded in 2018 by Marcus and Cara Pitts, a powerhouse couple driven by tradition and innovation, our Black- and woman-owned bakery in San Antonio is rewriting the rules of dessert. What started as Cara’s hobby of baking for family gatherings evolved into a mission inspired by Marcus’s plant-based lifestyle: to craft the best vegan desserts in America.
Our journey began with sharing our creations at church and local farmers' markets, where our gourmet vegan cake donuts quickly became community favorites. Today, these same donuts are loved nationwide—from Sprouts Farmers Markets to homes across the country.
