Encountered an issue with your delivery?
If you experience any issues like lost, stolen, or damaged orders, Route's specialized support team, working alongside Cara and her dedicated customer service squad at Southern Roots Vegan Bakery, is here to assist. Claims get processed quickly, typically within 3-4 business days. However, if you'd rather talk to us directly, Cara and her team are always available for you! Claim criteria:
- Delivered but Stolen: Claims can be filed between 24 - 72 hours after delivery.
- Delivered but Missing: File your claim as soon as it's marked as delivered.
- Stuck or Lost in Transit: Claims can be filed between 24 hours after and up to 72 hours from the last carrier update. All claims should be filed within 60 days of the order date.
- Transit Damage: For damaged items, submit photos of the packaging and item(s) within 72 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect Item(s): Contact us directly at our hotline or email for prompt resolution.
Upon claim approval, choose one of these solutions:

- We'll promptly reorder and ship your items based on availability, free of charge.
- If certain items are unavailable, we'll process a refund for them.

- For entire orders, the full amount will be credited to your original payment method.
