• Frozen to lock in freshness
• Packed in an insulated cooler with dry ice
• Kept cold in transit so it arrives looking perfect

Dry ice may fully dissipate during transit, especially in warmer climates - that’s completely normal. Your cake will still be cold, safe, and ready to thaw.

Transit Time

All Party Bundles ship with two-day transit once they leave our bakery.

During checkout, choose your preferred delivery date and we’ll bake, pack, and ship to make sure it arrives on time.

When it arrives:

• Use gloves or a towel to remove any remaining dry ice
• Let the cake thaw at room temperature for about 60 minutes before serving
• Donuts and cookies arrive ready to serve or save

If you’re not serving right away:

• Keep the cake frozen
• Refrigerate donuts and cookies

Yes — you can pre-order up to a year in advance and pick your date at checkout. For nationwide orders, we recommend choosing a date 1–2 days before your event. For San Antonio local delivery, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Not yet, but we’re looking into it. Many customers add their own for parties.

Absolutely! Just add your note at checkout. We’ll print it on our branded postcard and slip it inside the order.
