Shipping & Delivery Policy

We proudly offer free delivery within San Antonio and free nationwide shipping on all Southern Roots Vegan Bakery products. Whether you’re sending a sweet surprise across town or across the country, your order will arrive fresh and ready to enjoy—without any added shipping fees.

All San Antonio deliveries are hand-delivered and can be scheduled at checkout. We deliver Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., and you’ll receive a confirmation once your delivery is on the way.

For nationwide orders, we ship via UPS or USPS with tracking included. Most orders ship out within 3-5 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. During peak holiday seasons, please allow a bit of extra time.

For corporate gifting or bulk orders, we also offer multi-address shipping. While your first destination is included, additional addresses may incur a shipping fee. Our team will coordinate with you to make gifting easy and efficient.
