At Southern Roots Vegan Bakery, we believe sending something sweet should be simple. That's why we offer free nationwide shipping and free local San Antonio delivery on eligible orders.

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, surprising someone special or sending gifts to your entire team, we carefully package our desserts to help them arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Free Nationwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping throughout the United States on our gourmet vegan donuts, cookies, naked cakes and eligible dessert bundles.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Most orders ship using a two-day shipping service through UPS or USPS, depending on the destination and product.
• Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Please allow additional time during peak holiday seasons.

Ordering for a Special Occasion?

We recommend selecting a delivery date one day before your celebration or event. This provides extra flexibility in case of unexpected carrier delays and gives you time to prepare your desserts for serving.

While we make every effort to accommodate your selected date, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Free San Antonio Local Delivery

We offer complimentary, hand-delivered service within our eligible San Antonio, Texas delivery area.

Local Delivery Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Central Time.

How to Order for Local Delivery

1. Add your favorite Southern Roots desserts to your shopping cart.
2. Select Local Delivery (San Antonio, TX) instead of Shipping.
3. Choose your preferred delivery date and enter your eligible delivery address at checkout.

You'll receive a notification when your order is on its way.

For birthdays, parties and other celebrations, we recommend scheduling your delivery one day before your event.

Our Apple, Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Pies are available year-round for local San Antonio delivery only.

Overnight & Expedited Shipping

Need your desserts sooner?

Most orders are shipped using a two-day shipping service, but overnight shipping may be available for an additional fee.

Email customerservice@southernrootsvegan.com before placing your order to discuss availability, pricing and your preferred delivery date.

Overnight shipping availability depends on the product, destination and order preparation requirements.

Corporate Gifting & Multiple-Address Shipping

Make employee appreciation, client gifting and company celebrations easy with Southern Roots Vegan Bakery.

Our Corporate Donut Bundle includes 96 individually wrapped gourmet vegan donuts, packaged in 16 gift-ready boxes.

Standard shipping to one address is included with your online purchase.

For corporate gifting campaigns requiring delivery to multiple employees, clients or business locations, contact our team for a custom quote. Additional shipping fees may apply for multiple destinations.

We recommend placing large corporate and holiday orders in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation and shipping coordination.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

We understand how important your delivery is, especially when you're sending a gift or ordering for a special occasion.

If your order arrives damaged, or your shipping carrier confirms that your package is lost or excessively delayed, please contact our customer service team.

Qualifying shipping problems may be eligible for a complimentary replacement under our Return, Refund & Shipping Protection Policy.

Our team handles applicable shipping claims separately with the carrier. Packages reported stolen after delivery are reviewed individually.

For damaged orders, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the shipping box and damaged items.
