A naked cake is a style of cake with minimal frosting on the outside so you can see the beautiful layers of cake and filling. It’s modern, elegant, and lets the perfect balance of cake and frosting shine. Ours are 100% vegan, allergen-friendly, and baked fresh in San Antonio.

We freeze each cake to lock in freshness, then pack it in an insulated cooler with dry ice. This keeps it cold during transit so it arrives looking and tasting just as it left our bakery.

If the dry ice has completely dissipated by the time it arrives, don’t worry — your cake is still safe to eat. In warmer states, you might just find an empty dry ice pouch, but the cake will still be perfectly fresh.

All cakes ship with two-day transit once they leave our bakery (not two days from the date you order). You can select your desired delivery date during checkout, and we’ll bake, freeze, and ship so it arrives on time for your celebration.

When it arrives, remove the dry ice carefully (use gloves or a towel) and let the cake thaw at room temperature for about 60 minutes before serving.

Yes — you can pre-order up to a year in advance and pick your date at checkout. For nationwide orders, we recommend choosing a date 1–2 days before your event. For San Antonio local delivery, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

If not serving immediately, keep frozen. Thaw 1–2 hours before serving at room temperature. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days, airtight. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Absolutely! Just add your note at checkout. We’ll print it on our branded postcard and slip it inside the order.

We’re always testing gluten-free recipes, but we won’t release them until they’re up to our high SRVB standards. They’re in development — no launch date yet.
