Allergen-friendly (no dairy, eggs, nuts, or soy) and fully vegan, our Naked Cakes can serve 10–12 guests and are baked to order for peak freshness. Each cake is carefully packaged for safe nationwide shipping or free local delivery in San Antonio. Best enjoyed within 5 days or freeze for later.

What is a “naked cake”?

A naked cake is a style of cake with minimal frosting on the outside so you can see the beautiful layers of cake and filling. It’s modern, elegant, and lets the perfect balance of cake and frosting shine. Ours are 100% vegan, allergen-friendly, and baked fresh in San Antonio.

How do you ship a cake without it melting or getting ruined?

We freeze each cake to lock in freshness, then pack it in an insulated cooler with dry ice. This keeps it cold during transit so it arrives looking and tasting just as it left our bakery.

If the dry ice has completely dissipated by the time it arrives, don’t worry — your cake is still safe to eat. In warmer states, you might just find an empty dry ice pouch, but the cake will still be perfectly fresh.

All cakes ship with two-day transit once they leave our bakery (not two days from the date you order). You can select your desired delivery date during checkout, and we’ll bake, freeze, and ship so it arrives on time for your celebration.

When it arrives, remove the dry ice carefully (use gloves or a towel) and let the cake thaw at room temperature for about 60 minutes before serving.

How far in advance should I order, and can I schedule a specific delivery date?

Yes — you can pre-order up to a year in advance and pick your date at checkout. For nationwide orders, we recommend choosing a date 1–2 days before your event. For San Antonio local delivery, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

How do I serve and store the cake once it arrives?

If not serving immediately, keep frozen. Thaw 1–2 hours before serving at room temperature. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days, airtight. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Do you offer cake toppers or candles?

Not yet, but we’re looking into it. Many customers add their own for parties.

Do you have gluten-free options?

We’re always testing gluten-free recipes, but we won’t release them until they’re up to our high SRVB standards. They’re in development — no launch date yet.

Do you have seasonal flavors?

Yes! In fall, we feature our fan-favorite Pumpkin Spice Donuts and Pumpkin Spice Naked Cake. San Antonio customers can also enjoy holiday pies.
