Not All Fats Are Bad - Here's Why

As women, we’re frequently bombarded with information and opinions about the food we should or shouldn’t eat. We know that fats are often labeled as unhealthy, but is this really true? When adding healthy fats into your diet, start by swapping out unhealthy processed snacks with higher quality options containing unsaturated fat like kale chips or nut butter on whole wheat toast. You can also add healthy fats to meals you already enjoy by topping salads with nuts or sprinkling avocado slices onto sandwiches or tacos. Finally, don't forget about adding healthy oils like olive oil or sesame oil into dressings or marinades when cooking at home!
