There’s nothing bundt love in Mary Lee’s famous Lemon Cake! Soft, moist and packed with fresh, tangy, lemony flavor, it has earned its place in our customers’ vegan hearts and on their tables during holidays, birthdays, anniversaries and everyday celebrations. Our customers tell us the lemon flavor is “not overpowering” and you quickly forget it’s “vegan.”
Named after Cara’s grandmother, Mary Lee, who is the inspiration for this Southern classic with a vegan twist. Mary Lee changed to a majority plant-based diet at the young age of 97 and is becoming an inspiration to her doctors and family.
Note: All of our baked goods are vegan friendly, which means no dairy, eggs or animal products. Other great stuff you will find in our baked goods - No nuts and No fake ingredients. Mary Lee’s Bundt cake is pre-sliced and is individually packaged in heat-sealed packs to preserve freshness. Our baked goods can be frozen for up to 3 months in original packaging, and are perfect for vegan and plant-based diets or anyone wanting healthier alternatives.
